My approach to fitness is two-fold
Fitness should be fun and enjoyable! My goal as your trainer is to make workouts fun and challenging for you while meeting you where you’re at. Hate running? Awesome, no running for you! I will help you find a way to meet your goals while considering your personal preferences. The goal of fitness is that it’s a lifetime commitment. Let’s make it something you enjoy!
Fitness should be sustainable! I live by the motto “If you don’t use it, you will lose it” but that means incremental changes over time, not all or nothing. My goal as your trainer is to help you live a healthier life for the future you. This means setting smart goals and appropriately challenging workouts that leave you feeling strong and injury-free so that you can keep moving your body every day!

Fun Facts
I’m a native Tennessean, born and raised in rural West Tennessee. I moved to Nashville over a decade ago and now consider Nashville home.
My fitness journey started in middle school through athletics. Fast forward a few years, the gym had become my happy place: the place that made me feel most at home, confident, and creative. Years later and many workouts later, I decided to follow my passion and make the jump to full-time personal training.
A few other passions of mine are traveling, cooking, and cocktail creating! I’ve traveled to 13 countries so far, and love to recreate the local cuisines and cocktails for friends and family.
